OSHA recordkeeping operates at establishment level, while safety teams often assemble data centrally. Names, years, source systems, and filing evidence drift across locations.
What you must verify yourself

- Check the ITA processing result; a local Ready status is not an OSHA submission receipt.

Confirm 300A processing before the corresponding combined 300/301 upload.
