Fix an OSHA ITA Establishment Name Mismatch

Find and fix establishment_name values that do not exactly match the establishment already registered in OSHA ITA.

Why this happens

The establishment_name in case data must correspond to the establishment record used for the filing. Punctuation, abbreviations, and spacing differences can break the match.
